Our store uses Shopify as its commerce platform. Shopify provides the website infrastructure; Pantha Store remains your point of contact for questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns.

Website Content
Descriptions, images, and editorial material help explain the products and store. Check the relevant product page for the details that matter to your purchase. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. A room photograph does not establish a product feature that is absent from its description.
We may correct errors and update information, availability, or pricing. If an issue affects an order you have placed, we will review it and contact you where appropriate. Nothing in these terms allows us to disregard rights that apply under law.
Products and Prices
Availability may change, and a product shown on the website may become unavailable. Review the price and order total displayed at checkout before authorizing payment. We accept PayPal. Payment authorization takes place through PayPal and is subject to the terms that apply to its service. See Payment Options for payment guidance. Do not share payment account passwords with customer service. If payment status is unclear, check the transaction before submitting another payment.
Shipping and Cancellation
Shipping within the United States is free on all orders. Preparation takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by transit of 7 to 11 business days after dispatch. The order cutoff is 4:00 PM GMT-6. Our Shipping Policy explains handling, tracking, and delivery questions.
Cancellation may be possible before preparation or shipping begins. Contact us as early as possible. Once preparation has begun or an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; the applicable return process follows delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Customers pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee. After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Read that policy for conditions and instructions.
External Services and Links
Independent providers control the tools and websites they operate. Review their terms before using those services or supplying information. A link from our website does not transfer responsibility for that provider's content to Pantha Store. Your rights concerning our own products and services remain subject to applicable law.
