Return & Refund Summary

  • Return Period: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • No Return Handling Fees: We do not apply restocking or return processing charges.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically completed within 7 days.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Requirements
To be accepted for return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must remain unused and in resellable condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, accessories, and included materials must be preserved.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, alterations, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  • Submit Your Request – Email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Approval & Instructions – Once reviewed, our support team will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  • Prepare the Package – Securely pack the item to avoid shipping damage. Using the original packaging is recommended whenever possible.
  • Send the Return – Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. A trackable shipping service is strongly advised.
  • Inspection & Refund – After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund Details
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 7 days for the funds to appear in your account after processing.

Please Note

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees are applied to approved returns.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.

Exchanges
If you would like to replace an item with another size, style, or variation, please contact us at support@panthastore.com. Once approved and the original item is received, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.

Order Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the purchase. Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or shipping preparation begins. Once shipment processing has started or the package has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In cases where cancellation cannot be completed, eligible items may still qualify for return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
We carefully inspect and package all products before shipment; however, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label if applicable

After reviewing the case, we will work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reshipment depending on the situation.
