Shipping Information

  • Daily Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EDT are generally prepared for processing on the same business day. Purchases completed after this time will move into processing on the next working day.
  • Preparation Time: Orders require approximately 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for verification, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery within the United States takes between 5–8 business days depending on destination and carrier operations.
  • Free U.S. Shipping: Pantha Store proudly provides complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Order Fulfillment Process
Once your purchase is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your request has entered our system. During processing, our team prepares your items, performs packaging inspections, and organizes shipment scheduling to ensure products arrive safely.

As soon as your order ships, a tracking email will be sent containing shipment updates and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

To provide reliable nationwide delivery for home decor products, we work with trusted shipping carriers known for safe handling and efficient service across the United States. Depending on package size, destination, and shipping requirements, orders may be delivered through major logistics providers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

Carrier selection may vary depending on logistics availability, package dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holiday demand, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen logistical situations.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days for final carrier updates and transit completion before contacting support.

If your order still cannot be located after this period, please contact us at support@panthastore.com and include your order number so our support team can investigate the shipment status.

Order Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the purchase. Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or shipping preparation begins. Once shipment processing has started or the package has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In cases where cancellation cannot be completed, eligible items may still qualify for return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
We carefully inspect and package all products before shipment; however, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label if applicable

After reviewing the case, we will work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reshipment depending on the situation.
