How long do I have to return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. After processing, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you would like a different size, style, or variation, please contact us at support@panthastore.com. Once the original item is received and approved, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item, subject to availability.

What if the replacement item is unavailable?
