We ship within the United States. Shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. See our Shipping Policy.
How Long Does Order Preparation Take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Our order cutoff is 4:00 PM GMT-6, Monday to Friday. Orders submitted before the cutoff enter handling that business day; orders submitted afterward enter handling the following business day. Preparation is separate from transit.
How Long Is Shipping After Dispatch?
Transit takes 7 to 11 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number.
Which Payment Method Can I Use?

When Can I Request a Return?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging and any supplied tags. There are no product exceptions or restocking fees under our store policy. See the Return and Refund Policy.
Who Pays Return Shipping, and When Are Refunds Issued?
Customers pay return shipping. After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. No restocking fee is deducted.
Can I Cancel an Order or Report a Damaged Item?
Contact us as early as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation may be possible before preparation or shipping begins. Once preparation has begun or the order has shipped, use the return process after delivery. For a damaged or wrong item, send your order details and clear photographs, including relevant packaging, so we can review a resolution.
