On the palate the wine is well balanced, between roundness and liveliness, and delivers notes of zest of citrus fruit and grapefruit. Regional Information The Bordeaux appellation is a regional AOC produced in all the vineyards of Bordeaux. The vineyard is 42 600 ha and produced 2,236,700 hl throughout the growing zone of the Gironde department. This AOC s the appellation of Bordeaux's largest and best-selling worldwide. It meets quality standards set by thINAO (Institut National des Appellations d'Origine). This regional designation is so broad that it covers a wide range of soils.
